Branding Design: Estimated delivery within 7-14 working days
Video Marketing: Estimated delivery within 4-7 working days
All timelines are subject to the scope and complexity of the project. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing information may affect the delivery date.
Delivery Method
For Website Design, a live link or preview link will be provided upon completion.
For Branding Design and Video Marketing, final files will be delivered via Google Drive link.
Shipping/Delivery Area
As our services are 100% digital, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a project has been confirmed and work has begun. This includes situations where the artwork or planning process has already started.
Invoicing
Invoices will be provided to clients upon project confirmation.
